Module Overview
Red LED
Engine RPM indicator. Flashes in sync with engine revolutions when the engine is running. Shows the module is active and reading engine speed.
Yellow LED
Power delivery indicator. Solid ON when the module is actively boosting engine power output — either automatically or via the gray wire.
Gray Wire
Manual power enable. Grounding this wire forces the module into active power mode, turning the Yellow LED on.
Power Dial
Adjusts the performance level of the module. Middle = default program. Clockwise = more power. Counter-clockwise = reduced power.

Engine RPM / Module Active
OFF
Ignition ON, engine not started. Module is connected and powered but engine is not cranking.
FLASH
Engine is running. Red LED flashes in sync with engine RPM. The faster the engine runs, the faster it flashes. This is normal operating behavior.
Yellow LED
Power Active / Boost Engaged
OFF
Module connected, engine running at low load. Engine is not producing enough demand for the module to activate boost. This is normal at idle or light load.
ON
Module is actively boosting power. Occurs when engine is under load (e.g., pulling, heavy field work) or when the gray wire is grounded manually.

Gray Wire Function
Gray Wire
Manual Power Enable
The gray wire provides a manual override for the module's power delivery.
When the gray wire is grounded (connected to chassis ground), the module
immediately switches to active boost mode regardless of engine load.
Result:Red LED → FlashingYellow LED → ON
When the gray wire is not grounded, the module operates automatically — the
Yellow LED will only illuminate when the engine is producing enough
load demand to trigger the module naturally.
Note: The gray wire is typically used for PTO engagement or other operator-triggered power events.

How to Adjust Power Output

12 o'clock — Default Position — Dial pointing straight up. Module runs the factory-programmed power setting. Recommended starting point for most applications.

Turn Clockwise for More Power — Increases performance output. Rotate clockwise from 12 o'clock toward 3 o'clock to increase gain.
🔻
Turn Counter-Clockwise for Less Power — Reduces performance output below default. Useful for sensitive conditions or fuel economy focus.
⚠️
Do NOT turn past 3 o'clock. Adjusting beyond the 3 o'clock position can physically damage the adjustment dial. The red zone on the dial indicates the danger area — stay within the safe range.
