Jon plays a vital role in ensuring that all things technical run smoothly in the USA, supporting new and existing customers and dealers.

Technical Support & Development
Eli is the latest edition to our technical team. He works closely with Team Austria on new development projects and is our NEXOPT telematics specialist.
DOUG VEINE
Sales Manager
Doug is based out of our Dowagiac office and has a wealth of experience in sales and account management. Doug takes care of our new dealer accounts.
AUSTRIAN SUPPORT TEAM
STEINBAUER operates on a all hands on deck policy, whilst everyone has their speciality - when needed everyone pitches in to help their team mates.

Unlike many US companies, we are not top and middle management heavy - everyone gets their hands dirty at one time or another. The team in Austria take great pride in supporting the US office and its customers and dealers.
KLAUS SCHWINGHANDL
Klaus has been with STEINBAUER for over 10 years, a fully qualified gas and diesel mechanic he is our set up specialist and supports the US Techs.
PETER GIERLINGER
With STEINBAUER for over 15 years, Peter is our product support manager. He oversees claims and support issues.
DANIEL PUNZ
STEINBAUER'S first official employee, Daniel has been with the company over 17 years. He's our Manufacturing & Quality Control Manager.
EVA HEYER
Eva is a wealth of knowledge, she has worked in production, support and customer service for 10 years. She spent 9 months in the US office in 2019 and supports the office for accounting and escalated customer service issues.
